It's because you're using knockoff stabilizers and not cherry ones. It's the same problem R1 Zeal stabilizers have, there's not really anything you can do to fix it. 2

Id say 99% of boards use 1.6mm PCBs and you wont be able to clip in a PCB mount if its anything thicker.
