WebNo, they haven't changed. What the OP wanted is not feasible, but I have found a way to get a Magnum 350 canister (with a micron filter) quickly converted over to a diatom. Take a 12oz squeeze bottle, put about 6-7 oz of powder in it, fill the rest with water and shake vigorously. Attach a bit of air tubing and hold it next to Magnum's intake.
