WebJan 25, 2016 · November 11 2014 my TSH level was 4.905. My Synthroid dose was increased from 125 mcg to 150 mcg. June 2 2015 my TSH level was 0.084. My doc had me skip a couple days, then alternate taking the 150 mcg and skipping to level the dosage to a lower level, I don’t remember the plan exactly. WebApr 9, 2024 · Gaining weight. djcmurtagh. I walk over 10k steps 3 times a week and do yoga twice a week. But still I continue to gain weight even though I follow a healthy diet.
